Knox County Register of Deeds notes
- Four e-recording vendors. The Register lists Simplifile, CSC eRecording, Indecomm and EPN.
- The Register still reviews every document. Vendors are the middleman. The Register's office checks and authorizes each document before it's recorded, so a package with a missing acknowledgment or certification still gets rejected.
- Fees go through the vendor. Recording fees and taxes are paid to the vendor, which sends the Register a daily ACH deposit.
- Certification of Electronic Document. The Register publishes the Tennessee certification form, sworn by a licensed attorney or the custodian of the original and notarized. We prepare it for your signature.
- Office hours. Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., per the Register's site.
Around Knoxville
As of October 2026, CSC listed Blount, Sevier and Anderson counties in its e-recording network but not Loudon or Roane. Other vendors may serve those counties; we confirm on each file.
Services for Knoxville offices
How we work with your office
We work remotely, inside your production software and shared drives, under your access controls. Your team keeps the client relationships, the licensed signatures, the closings and the money. We take the processing work in between, per file, starting with one free trial file.
