95 counties, 95 Register of Deeds offices
Every county runs its own recording office with its own hours, online access, fee schedule and e-recording vendors. As of October 2026, CSC listed most Tennessee counties in its e-recording network but not all of them, and other vendors cover other counties. We check the county's current requirements on each file instead of assuming.

How we work with your office
We work remotely, inside your production software and shared drives, under your access controls. Your team keeps the client relationships, the licensed signatures, the closings and the money. We take the processing work in between, per file, starting with one free trial file.
