E-recording across West Tennessee
As of October 2026, here's how CSC's network page listed the West Tennessee counties. A county that isn't on CSC's list may still e-record through another vendor, so we confirm on each file.
| On CSC's e-recording network | Not listed by CSC |
|---|---|
| Benton, Carroll, Chester, Dyer, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy, Obion, Shelby, Weakley | Crockett, Decatur, Fayette, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Tipton |
Where a county doesn't e-record through your vendor, we prepare the paper recording package with the same checks and a cover letter for your courier or mail.
Services for West Tennessee offices
Memphis-area files are covered on the Memphis and Shelby County page.
How we work with your office
We work remotely, inside your production software and shared drives, under your access controls. Your team keeps the client relationships, the licensed signatures, the closings and the money. We take the processing work in between, per file, starting with one free trial file.
