Title processing for Nashville and Davidson County offices

Middle Tennessee offices handle files across Davidson and several neighboring counties. We take the back-office work on those files so your team can keep up without hiring for the peak.

We are not a lender, mortgage broker or loan servicer. We don't issue title insurance or give legal advice. Licensed signatures, notarizing and closings stay with you.

Davidson County Register of Deeds notes

  • Remote filing through four partners. The Register lists Simplifile, CSC, GoEPN and Indecomm as its eRecording partners, with payment by ACH.
  • Certificate of Authenticity on every e-filed document. Required by Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-24-101(d)(3). Since Public Chapter 181 took effect on July 1, 2021, it must be dated, in at least 10-point type, and signed by a licensed attorney or the custodian of the original. We prepare it for your signature.
  • Land records portal. Davidson County's land records system requires an account sign-up for online access.
  • Property Alert. The Register offers a Property Alert service that emails owners when a document is filed under their name, which is worth mentioning to clients worried about deed fraud.

Around Nashville

Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner and Wilson county files record in their own counties, each with its own register and fee schedule. As of October 2026, CSC listed all four in its e-recording network. We confirm the county's requirements on each file.

How we work with your office

We work remotely, inside your production software and shared drives, under your access controls. Your team keeps the client relationships, the licensed signatures, the closings and the money. We take the processing work in between, per file, starting with one free trial file.
